Agreement

These Terms of Use apply when you download or use Sprinkle. If you do not agree to them, do not use the app.

App license

Sprinkle is licensed, not sold. Your license to use the app is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms. If these Terms conflict with Apple’s Standard EULA about your license to the app, Apple’s Standard EULA controls.

Sprinkle Plus purchases

Sprinkle may offer auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. The product, duration, price, trial terms, and included features are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. Any free trial is available only if Apple determines that you are eligible.

You can view, change, or cancel a subscription in Apple’s subscription settings. Purchases and refunds are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms and refund policies.

Reminder reliability

Sprinkle schedules random local notifications through iOS. Notification timing and delivery can be affected by device settings, Focus modes, operating-system behavior, or other conditions outside Sprinkle’s control. Do not rely on Sprinkle for emergencies, medication, safety-critical alerts, or anything where a delayed or missed reminder could cause harm.

Acceptable use

You may use Sprinkle only in compliance with applicable law. You may not attempt to disrupt the app, bypass purchase controls, reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits, or use it to infringe another person’s rights.

Privacy

Sprinkle’s handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes and termination

Sprinkle may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and may update these Terms. Changes will be posted here with a revised date. You can stop using Sprinkle at any time by deleting the app; deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
