What Sprinkle stores

Sprinkle stores your reminders, notes, timers, schedules, settings, and notification interaction history locally on your device. That content is not sent to Sprinkle or RevenueCat.

Purchases and RevenueCat

Sprinkle uses RevenueCat to offer and manage Sprinkle Plus purchases. RevenueCat receives an automatically generated anonymous app user identifier and App Store purchase information, such as product identifiers, purchase dates, subscription status, and entitlement status. Sprinkle uses this information to unlock paid features, restore purchases, and understand whether a purchase is active.

Sprinkle does not give RevenueCat your reminder content, notes, timers, name, email address, contacts, precise location, or advertising identifiers. Sprinkle does not use RevenueCat data to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Payments

Apple processes App Store payments. Sprinkle and RevenueCat do not receive your full payment-card information. Apple’s handling of purchase and account information is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Support messages

If you choose “Contact Support,” Sprinkle opens an external support page. The email address, topic, and message you submit are processed by Formspree so the message can be delivered and answered. The app does not automatically add your reminders or other app content to that form.

Notifications

Reminders are delivered as notifications scheduled on your device. Your device may mirror notifications to paired devices, such as an Apple Watch, based on your system settings. This is handled by Apple's operating systems.

Retention and your choices

Local app data remains on your device until you delete it in Sprinkle, use Full Reset App, or uninstall the app. Apple, RevenueCat, and Formspree retain information according to their own policies and legal obligations. You can manage or cancel an App Store subscription from Apple’s subscription settings.
